Non-touch ultrasonic homogenizer can be used for asepsis operation and ultra-micro crushing. It is able to break the chromosomes and broken cells through the centrifuge tube. Tailored for second-generation sequencing DNA samples and chromatin immunoprecipitation assay samples.
Compared with the traditional one, the non-contact ultrasonic homogenizer’s probe is not contacted with the sample so causes no infection flying fog and the cross-contamination is avoided. A plurality of samples can be detected at once so the experiment efficiency is higher. All kinds of products are in separate sealed tubes, so as to avoid cross contamination.
If you want the sample to have uniform energy distribution in the ultrasonic bath at 4℃ and complete ultrasonic effect, you can choose the cooling water circulation system. The experimental process is standardized, reproducible, and the results are highly reliable with flexible parameter settings.
