Germ-free Homogenizer, also known as flap homogenizer, is widely used in the homogenization treatment of animal tissue and biological samples. Also used for the following testing areas: food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, clinics molecule, toxin and bacteria, particularly suitable for preparation of micro-organism testing samples.
The device is made of stainless steel and can effectively separate the surface of solid sample from a sample with germs inside. The samples are packed in germ-free disposable homogenization bags and thus are in no contact with any parts of the instrument. It features soft homogenization, no contamination, no damage, no warming, no sterilization treatment, and no need to clean utensils to meet the requirements of rapid, accurate and reproducible.
This product is also suitable for homogenizing tumor tissues (such as liver, intestines cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer). Not only can obtain large numbers of single cells (2×105 within 2 minutes) but also crush tissues cells (such as liver cells) more gently.

The high-pressure homogenizer uses the special action of the material in the plunger to enter the valve with adjustable pressure and pass through the limiting groove (working area) of a certain width so that the material is lost at high speed under instantaneous voltage (1000-1500M/sec).

Characteristics
3.0KW great-power motor is equipped with a specially designed feed valve to ensure stable operation under high pressure with no exhaust. The feed is directly supplied to the built-in cooling circulatory system so that the homogeneous points can be cooled immediately. All pipes are made of 316 L stainless steel.
The high-pressure homogenizer is a simplified tabletop type installment, designed especially used in the small scale product testing in the bio-engineering laboratory.
